1st let me say that the sales rep and receptionist are professional and knowledgeable. However the whole solar process has been a nightmare. We ordered a new roof and solar panels in March of 2021. It is now August and I still don't have an operational solar system. Speir dropped the ball on scheduling and installing the panels within their own time frame. They didn't completely hook up my panels and had to be called repeatedly to finish the job. On top of that they had to refile our CPS inspection pushing our progress by another 6 to 8 weeks. I have had to make 1 payment and most likely another on a system that isn't operational. They do not communicate to let me know what is going on well. I will say they are respsive when I have called for answers. I have also had 4 major leaks with damage to my home because they didn't properly vet their roofing partner. I can not recommend this company for solar or roofing to many avoidable issues. At this point we are considering legal action to have the panels removed and get our money back . My system was supposed to be operational the 1st of July I am reviewing the 1st of August and I still have no expected time frame for an operating solar system.

Had a remarkable experience with this company. Working with Jimmy Felan and the rest of the Speir team the process was simple. They spoke with me about the benefits and how solar would help my bottom line. Installation was quick and professional. If you are in the market you should chat with these guys.

Speir Innovation is wonderful. From Stephanie who had to work with my HOA, (and that was a hassle all of its own) to the crew that did my installation, everything was great.

Stephanie kept me up to date with all the paperwork. She had to inform my HOA of all the legal stuff, and how the government wants homeowners to go Solar. She informed my HOA that they couldn't refuse us having solar on more than the back side of my house. Then worked with them to come up with a plan to get the optimum efficiency from the panels.

The installation crew said our house was kind of a big job, because of the steepness of my roof. Speir made sure to send enough man power to get the job done in one day, and they did. The men were so very polite, professional, and knowledgeable, I loved spending time with them. Each man was just awesome in what they did. They worked very well as a team, and always knew just what the next step was in the process. Thank you Speir Innovation for getting this process going for us. We are looking forward to a long relationship with your company.

Our enormous electricity bills have been greatly reduced!! I wish we got the backup battery so we can have power when it goes out! Here is the update on our experience. We went to refinance our house and discovered we had a lein on our house for the solar panels. They also opened up an account at Penfed under my husband's name. Which was not discussed, so finding an account under my husband's name caused a big issue for our marriage. The lein was a big surprise as well. Something that was never told to us would happen. We have never been late on making payments; howeverwe can not refinance our house because of this. Now only 3 panels are working so our electricity bill is back up last months bill was 600$.. waiting on them to.come fix it. Still makes my house look trashy. I hate them being seen in the front of my house like this.

Well, this company went bankrupt and left all of their customers hanging with a void warranty. Their main sales pitch was how others solar companies don't last and eventually just disappear, with no one to service your panels. NOW, Speir did just that after 2 years. What a joke.

This is long overdue what's Speir Innovation is amazing their crew did an amazing job they also realized that my solar panels weren't generating what they were supposed to so they moved some around and added to no additional cost to me. Thanks... Just hope they get into battery backup

Ron was a great sales guy...knew the trade, answers for everything and promised a great system within a few months. 13 months later, my system STILL doesn't work and now I'm paying for a system that still doesn't work.

Engineering was rejected at least twice by the electrical company and after firing the engineer, the new "plan" had solar stuff spread across my lawn and the solution is VERY different than what I was told when I originally bought the system.

The system STILL DOESN'T WORK TODAY!

So I have interacted with other solar companies in the area and Speir is by far the best. From value to service I think they are by far the best. A lot of my friends worked with them after I looked into putting solar on my house and they feel the same way.
