These people are the best. My well went out on Sunday I left a message and they called back before 8:00 Monday and were out there before 9:30. Everyone was professional and super polite and for experts in their job.

We have depended on this company for years with our well problems and they have never let us down. They have wonderful people working with them who want to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Ms. Bonnie, the lady who handles the calls, is an angel. She is very caring, concerned, and always does everything possible to get a crew to you as quickly as possible. Mr. John Treadway worked on our well last week and was great. He quickly discovered the problem, implemented the solution, and made sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants their well concerns fixed promptly and professionally.

We lost water at our home due to a ruptured tank. Water well came out next business day to get our water supply back up. It took a few days after that for them to come out and bury the tank, which is understandable. We also had them install a hydrant as our front yard didn't have a water spigot.

I called this company regarding a leak I had with my home water well system on a Thursday. It was during a cold snap so everyone was rather busy and it was understandable when they said “we can get to you next week”. They never called back to schedule an appointment at all, the following week I only received a “be there in 15 minutes “ call.

My leak was coming from the access point of the shut off valve. The tech diagnosed the issue as “a leak from the bottom of my tank”. Mind you my tank is a rather new fiberglass tank. Also, my tank sits downhill from my shut off valve! I strongly disagreed with his idiotic diagnosis and I told them not to return.

Hired a legitimate company and had the issue quickly resolved without replacing one of the most expensive parts of the well (the tank). When I presented the foreman/supervisor of the situation and the false claims of there technician he did not seem to care and seemed more upset that I didn’t fall for their scam than concerned about the false diagnosis. Then demanded $175.00 for their visit of trying to scam me out of thousands of dollars. I eventually paid their fee but promised them I would warn others of my experience with Water Well Solutions.

I can understand a technician pulling something like this but when the foreman/supervisor doubled down on their false diagnosis I knew this was a company I will never do business with ever again. Luckily I have a basic understanding of how the system and water works (doesn’t flow uphill) or I could have been swindled out of a lot of money. Buyer beware!!!

John and his crew just left our home! I cannot express how grateful I am for Water Well Solutions!
Our well is getting older so we’ve had them had three times in the last couple of years. Each time, they have been here within an hour of our call! When they leave, our well is up and running again!
I would highly recommend them if you’re in need of someone that knows what they’re doing and does it well!!!

Gary and the crews at water well solutions have done a great job taking care of five wells on the property. They've always arrived the same day as the problem occurred. And did not leave until it was fixed. I have to water horse's during the winter and the valves were freezing, so I couldn't open them up the next day. Gary and his crew dug out around the freeze proof valves and placed gravel around them. Now they drain properly and are not frozen the next day. We also had pressure and volume problems. So they installed a variable speed pump and controller. Solved the problem.
There are several well companies out there. But, you can't get better service than at water well solutions. Great job Gary and Water Well solutions. Your teams are friendly and great.

We recently found ourselves in the unfortunate situation of needing a new well drilled, due to a stuck pump and well pipe in our nearly 50 year old existing well. Water Well was the only company that acted like they cared about my predicament and were gracious enough to allow me to reuse my nearly new pressure tank without trying to sell me some bogus "package". They saved me a lot of money and the service by all the staff was great. A special thanks to Gary, Jason, and Rodney. You guys are top notch!
