The men on the back of the store are rude and don't want to wait on anyone. One man was one the business phone taking a personal call while I stood there in front of him for 15 minutes being ignored. Went to the next man he put me off to someone else. Will not go back.

Great experience! While building two houses in New Tazewell TN. We bought everything through Duncan. They've been in business allot of years! Very experienced! Very polite! And you don't even have to get outta the vehicle to load anything lumber wise. Thank you Duncan Lumber!
