Special thanks to Ronnie for an amazing job yesterday! Anyone that can get a low ass mustang with a body kit on it, on a flatbed tow truck is a hero in my eyes. Give this man a raise! He also was so nice! He found my other car keys, house keys, alarm fob for my house, etc, and waited at the dealership for me to return, so they were safely in my hands. Just amazing customer service under a very stressful time! Saved their number, and I will always call them first! Hope I don't need them again anytime soon though! Lol

Terrible customer service all around. I used roadside assistance to have my car towed. They called me at 8 and gave me a two hour ETA. Three hours later I called back; no answer. I got ahold of roadside assistance and they called three times; no answer. I can understand not wanting to take jobs. If that’s the case just decline the call and send it to a new provider instead of leaving someone stranded for hours and hours on end with no communication. Terrible. Do not recommend this company at all.

Amazing service. Today I came out of a business in Dayton Tn with my kids to find my suv would not start. I put in the claim through my insurance and within minutes they had assigned me to Smith Asset Recovery. I got a call from dispatch almost immediately letting me know that a driver was less than 10 minutes away! My driver showed up moments later and immediately got to work. My battery was fully dead so it wasn’t an easy jump. She worked and worked until we finally got my suv to start. She was super professional and friendly. The entire ordeal was maybe an hour and I was back on the road, drove back to Athens and bought a new battery. I believe her name was Nelly/Nellie (but I’m not totally certain on that) and she was awesome. Thank you again for saving the day!!

To the rescue on a holiday weekend. It took longer to install the insurance app on my phone for roadside contacting me. The call from submitting the request was less than 2 min. The dispatch was friendly and helpful(sorry I can't remember her name). David was there promptly. He and my hubs were cracking mechanic jokes immediately. Thank you guys! We were thinking we were going to miss family events but we didn't.

Smith Asset Recovery was assigned to tow my car through my insurance road side after the first company no showed. They were IMMEDIATELY in contact with me and on the way. Nicholas at dispatch was very patient and helpful. This tow ended up being complicated and I even changed my destination last minute. Car was being towed at midnight off a busy interstate and the driver went above and beyond to help me out and did everything possible to make this difficult situation as easy as possible. I was stressed and I could not ask for a better experience. If you need a tow, I would recommend Smith every single time.
