We had scheduled them to service our fireplaces, but it was difficult to get an appointment this year for some reason. Then, they changed the appointment the day before it was set. When the new schedule didn’t work for us, they told us “tough” and said we would have to reschedule for sometime after the new year. This is what they told my wife.

After I called to explain that the new schedule wasn’t going to work, they eventually found a time slot to accommodate us. The technician came out and did a great job. However, one of our pilot lights went out afterward and wouldn’t turn back on. We tried troubleshooting over the phone with them, but the pilot light still wouldn’t work.

Since then, I have called at least six times to try to get back on the schedule, but I’ve only been able to leave messages and have received no callbacks. This customer service experience has been very unprofessional, and I would not recommend using their services.

Last year they came out and gave me one of the best experiences I have ever had. I was told by another company that my gas logs were bad and I needed a new set of logs the other company did not even try to fix the problem they were lazy and did not care. They sent me one of the best workers I have ever seen his name was David I can’t say enough about how friendly, hardworking, caring and most of all how inexpensive he was. If I ever need help with my heaters I know who to go to Gas Unlimited thank you so much.

We had a great experience while dealing with the unfortunate need for a new mailbox after ours was hit. Friendly and fast service, and excellent support even after the installation when a new problem arose. We will use them if/when any future problems arise or for new gas appliances. Additionally, we had them service our grill (clean and repair a burned out lighting mechanism) and are pleased with their work. Dave was our technician - appreciate his help!!

I called the office to schedule an appointment and twice they have forgotten or simply not put me on the schedule and had me waiting at home with no one coming out for a simple task. Every time I call to confirm it appears that my request was never on the schedule. Two weeks of waiting and staying home on the supposed scheduled day when I could be at work.

Just called the day before Thanksgiving a few minutes before they were closing and they took the time to walk me through over the phone to get my fireplace and remote working! Very patient and knowledgeable! We will be calling them for all our servicing in the future!

Chattanooga gas found leaks in the lines to my stove and furnace. After calling multiple plumbers who couldn’t come out for weeks, one recommended I contact Gas appliances Unlimited and I’m so glad they did! I called on Friday and they came out Monday morning and resolved my issues within a couple of hours. The repair guy was nice and professional and I appreciate the itemized bill. Very happy with this business!
