Liars. Called Monday to get propane and said I was in list for me and 2 others. Called Tuesday said we’re on list. Called Wednesday said we’re on list. Called Thursday said we’re out and have no heat at all. Said we’re on list. Called again new girl said we’re on list be there before 11pm I PROMISE. Been in a freezing house since Thursday night and still no propane.

They came out and installed my tank and line for a new built home. Everything was good until 6 months later come to find out I had a leak. They did fix the leak. The issue is when they cameout to fix it, they lost 200 gallons of propane. I have been calling for 4 months for them to fill up what they lost. They keep refusing. Be careful with this company

I needed tanks filled at my residence. I've called and spoken with Ridge Propane six times over the last ten days. They refuse to provide a delivery day - instead I was repeatedly told "Well, the driver will get there when he can." When I pressed further, I was promised a call back with a delivery date. They never called back. Messages were also not returned. Ultimately I had to make other arrangements. If you need propane, I suggest trying one of the other vendors in the area and just skip the runaround that Ridge will give you.
