After providing a quote stating our terms Daniel Horton, Regional Manager from Darana Hybrid delivered parts and refused payment. We had to take him to collections in fact. Terms state we will reanodize any parts but do not provide for replacement or labor costs involved for any parts. That’s because many parts are poorly designed and are high risk when Anodizing like Darana Hybrids parts were. In this case they were very thin sheet metal parts which can only be ran through hanging. As a result some burned through the thin metal. Darana has refused to pay out invoice and it is overdue. We are also a Veteran Owned Small Business. Would not recommend anything but cash up front with this group.
