I got a B-12 shot here for $22. The people gave me attention immediately. There are service dogs in the building. There is holistic tea available if you don't like shots. I intend to return here.

Susan Earl was very rude when I visited. Got mad and told me I had an attitude because I told her I didn't have hypertension. You took my blood pressure twice in 5 minutes knowing nothing else about my health and because it was up said I need to get medication for it. I see my PCP on the regular and have never had a problem until i step into her small business. I'm sure she also broke HIPPA speaking about other patients while standing in front of me. I would not recommend at all.

Ms. Susan Earl provided me with great relief from a longterm health problem. After years of suffering from gastrointestinal issues and
many years of doctor visits, I contacted Ms. Earl at The Fatigue Clinic.

After hearing my history, my symptoms, and my family medical history, she determined that I had chronic gluten intolerance. She worked with me on Zoom and examined me as soon as I could get to her clinic. She prescribed vitamins and a gastrointestinal repair supplement that have aleveated most of my symtoms in only a few months. I signed up for 23 and me to help her plan my future healthcare.

Both she and her staff were the epitome of professional healthcare providers. I was awaiting surgery for a detached retina, which is a very timely procedure. Ms. Earl and the Clinic personnel worked around my other appointments.

Therefore, I highly recommend Ms. Susan Earl and The Fatigue Clinic.

Susan provides excellent care and is extremely compassionate. By the time I saw Susan I had been experiencing numerous debilitating symptoms and had been evaluated by over 20 physicians who failed to provide any insight into what was causing my severe decline. Evie at the front desk is also so sweet and always gets me an appointment quickly. Shane is great at starting IVs and drawing my blood. The Fatigue Clinic is a very professional organization. They are the epitome of medical knowledge and compassion. They treat my entire family and have actually saved me from a lethal condition which fortunately got me into to the hospital. This was discovered on a routine check up. They saved my life and have connections to all the hospitals in Memphis including the MAYO clinic. Collierville is very fortunate to have this clinic. I owe them my life. I have never had a problem with the clinic and have been using them for several years.

As a healthcare professional, I was looking forward to seeing the Nurse Practitioner who had been recommended at Fatigue Clinic to evaluate my food allergy panel and receive guidance. Not to be laborious with too much verbiage, I would warn anyone seeking help to know up front what they are getting into especially financially. Between their computer problems, and not receiving the medical information I sent them, the NP did a telemedicine call (without having the allergy panel I sent), was very preoccupied and busy with other concerns and ended up recommending a product that is on my allergy list. I did pay my $100 deposit and weeks later received a bill for $300 more dollars. I was absolutely shocked and stunned by this unprofessional situation. The Telemed appointment was only 30 minutes. $400 and I didn’t even begin to discuss how inefficient and unprofessional everything was handled. I debated posting this. I did pay my bill but I wanted to warn others with all due respect.
