I contacted Morgan Electric for an electrical short that happened somewhere in my new construction home. They responded quickly even on New Year's Eve, and they had two people scheduled for a service visit right away. The two of them arrived early and were very polite and professional. They located the problem and fixed it very quickly. I'm very impressed with the quality of service and professionalism of Morgan Electric! They're a solid choice all around.

Ronnie and Mauricio were very professional and knowledgeable and provided great customer service. They came to fix an outlet for the fridge and ended up helping me out in an unexpected emergency. All of my smoke detectors started going off at the same time right before they came. They were able to correct the problem.

Lights were flickering on and off in our utility room whenever our washer was running. Two men from Morgan Electric Co came out to figure out what's wrong and they were THE nicest two gentlemen who provided excellent service! I wish they had surveys/feedbacks for these men!

A box truck for Morgan Electric was behind me this morning on Briley Parkway and I was not going fast enough for them. I was already going above the speed limit and the driver gave me the middle finger as well as threw up his hands multiple times and yelled explicatives at me as he passed. When he passed he proceeded to drive at dangerous speeds on Briley Parkway that definitely exceeded over 15 miles per hour over the speed limit. I tried to contact Morgan Electric this morning to share my experience and even though their office is open at 7:30 a.m. I was not able to get anyone on the phone. I am glad I don't have any electrical issues and I need their assistance with because their voicemail system will not even allow me to leave a voicemail.
