Perfect water installed a water softener system and a water filtration system for a new home for us 12 1/2 years based on our builder picking them! It has been a nightmare from the get go! The system they installed for softener didn’t work after a few years. I had to keep calling and finally the owner came and met with us and agreed to redo the entire thing. Recently I scheduled a routine visit to replace all filters for it and was told they were short handed because of flu. Never got call back so I contacted them to reschedule and they them said oh we just got those parts in Really! I thought it was short staffed!!! And was told the last time they were here that the company they does our filtration doesn’t make the filters anymore so we need to change for different system to tune of several thousand dollars! Over them. And we pay them over a thousand dollars for maintenance for a year!!! Beware!

I seldom post reviews unless moved greatly either positive or negative. In the case of PerfectWater I felt the need to share my experience. My wife and I recently bought a new home that came with a water softner reverse osmosis tank and a black light. I have no experience or knowledge with these devices and ran into some minor issues that I was uncertain about. I called PerfectWater because their phone number was affixed to the devices.

They sent their technician Gianni and I must say he is one of the most professional and thorough people I have met. He was able to explain the system fully to me and made sure I was able to operate it. As it turns out he and PerfectWater proved themselves to be honest beyond reproach.

It so happens that the water treatment system was installed in the home while on a well. Since then public water has been run to the home. Gianni tested my water and then confirmed that the water did not need treatment and in fact would ultimately damage the media in the tanks. He confirmed with his supervisor and they determined that bypassing the system was the best option. Now how honest is that. They could have continued to service the system and replace parts etc as the chlorine damaged it but instead they chose the honest path. The home still has the well and it can provide water to out buildings etc. They wrote up a thorough email detailing how to bring the system on and off line for future use. That is how competent and particular they are about their service.

So in conclusion if you want an excellent water system set up maintained and serviced by not only in my opion the best but definitely the most honest company then look no further than PerfectWater.
