I called Rick as I was having a synch problem with the motors of one of my Schwintech slides. I got some bad info about re-synching the motors from an on line source. Rick was kind enough to steer me in the right direction and I was able to get the slide working properly again. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!

I had a hot water heater issue. I called Rick. We determined it was a board issue. He replaced the board and the part was 260 alone. He tried to fire it up one more time and noticed something didn’t seem right. Retried it and it was just a lose wire. He could have lied and hit me for more money. Instead charged me for the service fee and only a half hour even though he was there for 46 minutes. Very honest and would 100 percent recommend.

We were going to use our RV as a guest house for out of town visitors only to find that the kitchen slide wouldn't extend. I had seen Rick's truck on the road a few weeks before and thought to try calling. He was able to come out within a couple hours and saved the day. We were impressed with his skill and the bill was very reasonable. He is definitely my go-to for any future repairs. I would much rather have him take care of us than bring it to a dealer. Our trailer brake siezed about 10 miles away from our destination, so Rick talked us through what to do to limp it to our campsite. He was at the campground within minutes of us arriving - and saved our vacation by replacing the brake entirely - including coming up with solutions for several setbacks in what should have been a “easy” fix. Can’t say enough good things about Rick and his work.

What amazing service! A tire blowout 1200 miles from home took out electrical lines, a propane line to my fridge and my lower duct work. I was scrambling and no other providers in the area would help. No fridge, no AC…. Hard worker and very genuine. He drove right to my campsite and got to work. Call him first in the Pigeon Forge area!

RV Lifeline, Rick and his team are hands down the best! We rolled into Pigeon Forge with major repairs needed on our RV slides. We had been told by other techs that they could not help us.
