Some amazing shops here. Nike. Tommy. Lids. Kate spade. North face. Just to name a few. Deals everywhere. Tommy alone 70% off deals. Nike 60% off. Northface almost 50% off entire store. A must if you are a shopper.

Came here to the Columbia store to exchange a shirt I bought in Nashville. The sales woman was great. She exchanged my shirt with no fuss and even told me about other discounts. Great customer service! I looked great in my Columbia Tennessee Vols gear.. if I do say so myself! Lol

Every store had friendly welcoming staff. Sales were hit or miss. Francesca's was definitely a favorite, she was super nice and helped my daughter find exactly what she was looking for and was very respectful. There were a few rude people passing on the sidewalk. Best selection was at Columbia for the family. Great quality items. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes it is a lot of walking. When not busy you can drive to the stores desired, but at peak times park when you find a spot. New Grunt Style there is 😍 FABULOUS!

Huge outlet mall but stores are close together and has covered walkways. Lots of construction right now. Prices in some stores are definitely not outlet prices. Could use more parking, very narrow parking lots and spaces.

A huge, massive, busy Tanger Outlet located in the heart of Sevierville/Pigeon Forge, TN! Very busy! Lots of traffic and foot traffic, because of this parking can be tricky, but there are plenty of spots, just be patient and don't give up! A nice variety of stores to shop at, including a Disney Outlet Store! Come shop Tanger today!

I love coming to this place and there are multiple different types of stores, several different places to eat, and even an arcade and mini golf course. If you're visiting the area, it's definitely a great place to check out, but make sure if you try to go on a Saturday that you either go close to 10 a.m. or later in the day. You will struggle to find a place to park if you try to go around lunch time on Saturdays and I have had to just turn around and leave multiple times due to their not being enough parking when I tried to go during this time. I realize that building new parking lots would take a lot of time and money and there might not be the space for it, but it is something that could be an inconvenience to potential visitors. If you can get around that issue, it's a great place.

Good selection of stores! I’d recommend going early and avoiding weekends; finding a parking spot is almost impossible during busy times. The first time we visited we went on a Tuesday around 10, it was easy to move around and we quickly found a parking spot. We decided to go back later in the week on a Friday and drove around for 20 minutes looking for a parking spot before leaving.
