This company used to be responsive and reliable. Now that Amerigas purchased them, they hear your matter, but they seem unable to resolve issues. I placed a delivery order online. When the confirmation showed they were charging me $1.30 per gallon more than my contract price, I called to cancel the order. I was told the order was canceled. It was delivered two days later, and I was overcharged by $1.30/gallon. I have been trying to resolve the price per gallon for over two months now. Each time I call, I am told that the status is "pending" and being reviewed. It appears to me that Amerigas is a company non-responsive and in decline.

Since AmeriGas bought them, it is a mess. Have sold a property in Feb 2021 and promptly notified them. They kept billing me for tank monitoring(charge removed after multiple calls), they ASSURED me that sold location was being removed from my account. IT wasn't. Lo and behold they bill me for 1) tank lease 2) tank fill-up almost a year later - for the house that does NOT belong to me! It belongs to a new owner! New owner calls them, I call them several times - still no change. Every time talk to someone in Philippines who just reads script but nothing gets fixed.

STEER CLEAR of this company at all costs!! I bought a property that had a tank that was leased from them. I decided to go with a different company so I needed their tank removed. The other company came and switched out the tank and put theirs next to the driveway for easy pickup. I called in January to ask them to pick it up. They said it would be a couple of weeks. Nothing was done. I called again twice and was told it would be put on high priority and be removed. The tank did not get removed until late April. Every time I called I was shuffled from person to person and spent no less than 45 mins per time trying to get this taken care of and no one there was helpful. If you like poor customer service and wasting your time on the phone this is the company for you.

When it was Heritage Propane I never had a problem. Now that Amerigas has taken over I have had nothing but problems. I called Amerigas about a month ago, was on hold for hours, to have a tank put in. They gave me a delivery date for 14 January 21. I called two days ago, spent 45 minutes on hold, to insure that they would be delivering on the 14th. After waiting all day today I finally received a call stating that they were not going to make it. Their reason for not making it is that they had a emergency somewhere else. I understand emergencies but they could not reschedule me for the next day, they were going to schedule me for who knows when. I explained to them that I had two days of propane left and evidently that means nothing to them. In my opinion they don’t deserve any stars.

I would have given them NO stars but it would not publish without something marked. We have their gas and an automatic sensor that we pay for. We have been out of propane for 6 days with no way to cook and no fire places work. The roads in Sevierville have been clear since we tried to call. The company was bought out by Amerigas and their is no one local to speak with. We have spent over 6 hours and many days trying to talk to their call center. We have decided to dig the tank out and use someone else. Pretty pathetic that a 2.8 billion dollar company can't even deliver gas. Save yourself some time and choose someone local that actually will answer their phone.

If I could give less than one star i would! This is my first time getting an inspection and filling the tank up. I told the person on the phone my correct address in Sevierville and they sent the man to Tazwell!! So the one day I take off they can't even come out and do anything because they messed up! The worker then was nice enough to offer me the next day just to tell me he was only coming for the inspection! Not filling up the tank! You can't inspect a tank with no propane! The office workers/ call center is unbelievable!!! They make you wait on the phone for over an hour and a half just so the automated call can say sorry we can't take your call at this time! Then when one of the workers finally call you back and say return my call with this extension, there's no extension to type in!! Its all automated!! Worst service ever!! Not recommend!!

When this company was Heritage Propane I could call and get a delivery of propane within 24 hours they're located 1/2 mi from my home today I call and they tell me 7 to 10 days horrible company apparently when they were bought out by AmeriGas customer service went out the window now you're talkin to somebody who lives in a foreign country to schedule propane delivery when you're only a half a mile from them horrible company
