I have been a customer for 5 years and every year the service has gotten worse despite the fact that my bills are paid promptly. I called a week ago Monday and now my tank is just about empty and still no propane. I have called 2xs and never received a call back. I just don't understand how you can stay in business and not take care of loyal customers. Shame on you. I am now 10 business days since I 1st requested a refill. I have called this Mon and still haven't gotten any help. I emailed Ferrell also to no avail. I just don't understand how this company can do this.

The worst customer service ever! They will ACH withdraw your payment before you ever get a statement (within just a few days of tank fill) Nothing left on the door to indicate a fill-up and cost; just a big surprise when you look at your bank account! Trying to communicate with these people is useless. I'm preparing to exit business with this company ASAP. If they don't have anymore consideration and customer service than that I don't have business to give them.

I've been with Sevier County Propane for several years. I had previously attempted to get service from another Sevier County LP company but the "salesman" decided where the tank was going to be (much easier for him, much less attractive for me) and said he'd contact me with a date to install. I waited. No call. A friend saw a note on his desk that I didn't I "didn't know where I wanted the tank" but in fact, I knew exactly where I wanted the tank. Further, when I attempted to speak with other employees, they were forbidden from dealing with me. I called Sevier County Propane and had my tank installed and service started within a couple of weeks (and the tank was placed where it wasn't an eyesore). I will forever be grateful for the courtesy and prompt response I received from SCP. I was concerned when they began using another provider, but service has continued to be prompt and the drivers friendly.

I wouldn't come back here. I called midday Monday to see if they could re-certify a 10-lb propane tank. I was told I had to be there between 2:30 and 3:00 or between 7:30 and 8:00. I came in Tuesday at 7:30 and told the lady what I wanted to do and she checked and she said well we don't certify 10 lb tanks. I asked why and she said we just don't do it. I said it's the same as a 20 lb tank only half the size. She repeated we just don't do it and I asked why. Then she says well we don't recertify 20 lb tanks either. Either they don't know what they're talking about or they just didn't want to take care of a small customer. I would give negative stars if I could for a service and attitude.

If 10 stars were an option, I'd give 10! These guys were ALL so helpful and efficient! Thank you Deborah, and to the rest of the staff at Sevier County Propane for going above and beyond for helping us in a pinch! Highly recommend their excellence service!

Checked there website to see if the refill 20 lbs tank. It says they do . When I called they told me they don't do that on site. You shouldn't put it on you website if you don't offer the service. I would have been really mad if i would of drove all the way down to find out you didn't offer what was on you website.

We have purchased our refill at sevier county propane for many years. They used to provide good service but the last few times I have taken my tanks for refills I have been met with a total lack of customer service.

Only one guy there 2 fill bottles and they say he's not here right now. I certainly hope I don't inconvenience them
