I had to reflect on our most recent weather drama, you know, the Arctic Cyclone Bomb of 2022. What I got out of that experience was (A) The bomb really wasn't that catastrophic for us here (B) I am truly amazed at how well TVA and SVEC handled this weather experience. Not to mention this topography is challenging even without weather. I just wanted to give props to our utility's people for doing what I believe is really outstanding work. Thank you.

I’ve been with out power since 4:30 on march 3,2023. Every one else down our main road has power just mine and my neighbor power is out the line comes down our driveway. It has been reported 4 times and no one has shown up to fix it

If they ever need in your yard to fix any outage or to clear the power line make sure they fix it then and don't let them bring bags of wood chips instead of dirt to fill in with because it doesn't work. They will tell you they will be back but won't unless you call them constantly and it still won't be done rite.

Report outage, automated system, when they try to call you (no power-no phone) and cannot get through, cancel call and report no problems. Still no power 7 hours later because nobody actually came to house to see no power to house. Or even bothered to knock on door to see if resident ok. Poor service. Still waiting for power 8+ hours 4am.

Too many rapid outages. I underatand things happen. This is rivaling venezuela power outages.
