I wanted to check to see if I was getting the best price for my utilities. I found a much better deal, price and fixed contract, for my electric. I found out that I was already using the same supplier but found a better deal. I was not able to update my contract without contacting my supplier directly, which was a bit more difficult, but all in all well worth the visit.

I had a very Pleasant experience with customer service today. All of my questions were answered to total satisfaction. I am looking forward to saving money on my gas rate. My new rate is very very competitive and much much lower than I am receiving currently.
