I had an issue with a payment. It seems that my bank and Sol Systems were not playing nice with each other. I contacted Sol Systems and Kelvin helped me solve my issue. It was easy, and Kelvin was courteous and professional throughout the process.

I have been a member of Sol Systems (previously Arcadia) and have never had an issue. Working with Sol Systems makes me feel like I am trying to help save our planet. Hope its not to late!

Sophia has been very helpful to me. She has been successful finding records that are almost 10 years old. My husband recently passed away and he was the one who knew about the solar system. I have been Sol Systems client since 2019, when I bought a house in Delaware which had solar panels on its rooftop. Being new to solar panels and its related terminology and business my knowledge about electricity generation was very limited. I have been, therefore, asking many questions at times and the Sol Systems Representatives have given me good answers. But today was different. Luckily I got connected to the Representative by the name of Champagne. She was very kind and thorough in dealing with me and my several questions. She understood my case about payments to me pretty well and gave me very satisfactory answers. At first there seemed to be some discrepancy in payments as my latest contract said a higher figure than the amount I had been receiving from Sol Systems. Champagne explored deeper to find the reason and figured it out correctly by herself. Her explanation was fully satisfactory and reasonable. I was impressed with her knowledge and communication skills. I believe that it is a good luck of Companies to find and employ such dedicated people who deal with general public in such a cordial manner that brings good name to their employer. I hope that Sol Systems pays attention to the good performance of an employee like Champagne and give her a good recognition for her good work. Right now I will say thanks to her for giving me good information and very proper and satisfactory answers to my several questions.

I recently had solar panels installed and the whole process is new to me. I am supposed to receive credits, I called Sol Systems and Sophia explained the process. Kelvin was incredibly helpful in getting my SREC account set up, which had been delayed for a while due to pending verification from the installer. He went above and beyond by emailing and gathering all the necessary documents related to the solar installation. After that, the process went smoothly and was able to submit my application for GATS approval.
