This company is amazing!! Bad weather in forecast and Stac just texted me to make sure we are good and everything is working properly. She said let them know if we need anything. That’s amazing customer service!!!! I know they have a few bad reviews on here from when Mr. Bernie passed away and they were transitioning to Mr Rick (his son) taking over and things slipped through the cracks but let me tell you I recommend them to everyone we know. 2 different houses with their generators on and over 10 years on first one and I don’t have a bad word to say about them. This is an example of the old school real family owned businesses still exist!

We bought our whole home generator when we built our house in 2013 and I can tell you to this day it is my FAVORITE feature on our house! When our power goes out it is so amazing having it just automatically kick on. The service is amazing. I had a question and wrote it on my invoice when I sent payment and the owner called me himself. He takes pride in his business and keeping his customers happy.
We are currently remodeling a home to rent and we are even having them put one on that one. I looked them up to get their number to call office real quick and saw they had a bad review rating and was shocked. We have been happy customers for almost 10 years now so I had to leave my own review. We even have neighbors that have used them as well after how awesome they were for us and they are happy too.

We have a Briggs and Stratton whole - LEMON - generator and no support to handle the problems; voice mailbox is always full and text questions go unanswered. We have a new company picking-up-the-pieces and after 9 months we might have a generator that goes on when it should!

These people are unreliable. They give you there word and schedule an appointment to install a generator, but never showed. We waited all day and could not reach anyone by phone, and texted several messages. Installation was scheduled for Friday and as of Wednesday of the following week, we still have not received a call back. If this is the way they run their company, I wouldn't trust them to service it either.
