I was very pleased with Ray’s attention to detail in making it clear what Verizon was providing. He has also made himself available with any follow up questions that have come up. We are still testing the router but have been very pleased with our internet speed to this point.

Josh and Damario were very easy to talk with and quickly set me up with a free trial for internet. One star off only because I generally prefer to plan ahead these sorts of things, but it wasn’t a big deal because I happened to not be busy at the time.

Lynden was terrible in lying to me that he was giving me fios internet when, in fact, it was a 5G tower with very slow upload speeds not appropriate for video conferencing. Once he signed me up and I figured out he lied, he refused to return calls.
