Can't get in touch with anyone. I have been trying for days, calling the number listed on google and their offical website, and leaving a message only to get no response. I submitted a form online to try to get someone to reach out to me but no one has called, sent an email, or text me.

Edit: I've called from multiple office numbers starting on the 19th-24th of July (excluding the weekend). I never received a return phone call or a message from anyone at this company with in 24hrs from any of the times I tried to reach out. I have just now received an email back on August 8th saying the person manning the inbox my message went to, had aparentmy left this company and it got neglected. I understand accidents happen, but I have already went with someone else. I am simply stating my honest experience.

The reps there were very helpful! Mike helped me at the warehouse, went over the basics and answered my question. Scott was very responsive and help me set up an account and got back to me very quickly on pricing. Very good experience with Nash Distribution for waterproofing supplies. I look forward to working with them!

I have been impressed with Nash Distribution from the word go. Their customer service is top notch! Their professionalism and attention to detail is beyond compare. Julio and Nathan have been my points of contact since 2018. They are friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, competent, hard-working, down to earth, and THE nicest guys.

With their help, we have upgraded our line of product and introduced several new items to our installation lineup. Julio and Nathan not only took the time to introduce new product, but came directly to our offices and provided hands on training with our sales and installation teams. One example of their excellence, and how they go above and beyond, is their team has driven in to be on site at the kickoff of a project in case we had any questions regarding installation. Their responsiveness to phone calls and emails is also beyond compare. I have never been left waiting for hours and days. If I don’t connect immediately, my calls or emails are returned within minutes. No question has been too small or too big. Even though I am one of many hundreds, if not thousands of customers, I have always been made to feel like I am their number one customer. Nice touch guys!!

Not only are Julio and Nathan great, but Hannah in shipping and Jessica in sales support, you ladies rock too! I never have to worry about my orders. They are always correct and we receive them in what seems be the blink of an eye.
