Great service. Had an emergency at my property. Other electricians were booked for the next 6-8 weeks. Ogles came out on short notice and were fair in their pricing.

Called them to have a 9" circline fixture in my laundry room repaired and the person that was supposed to come out called me before making the trip with all kinds of excuses as to why he couldn't fix it without even looking to see what the problem was. 1st he stated "that 9" bulb is going to be hard to find, I said you can get them at Lowes or Home Depot...but don't worry about that, I already got a couple of them. Next he said "did you change the bulb? I said yeah...that's how I know it's not working. Then he said well then it's the ballast, I said "okay?" He said I couldn't even tell you how much that would cost, the best bet would be to replace the 9" circline with an 8" or 10". I said okay, can you tell me what that would cost? He said "I don't know," I can't tell you or even suggest what you should do. I said well then how am I supposed to know what I need if the electrician can't tell me? After 2-more minutes of listening to bulls@#t, I said okay have a great day. Bottom line, it was a complete waste of my time and I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE!!!!

These folks charge 85 dollars an hour but start charging you while they are driving to you. Essentially you only get half an hour for that price. Hidden costs!
