Had to stop and take a minute to write a review right now. I called this morning because I have a warranty repair issue with an ego brand mower. I just want to report on how excellent and how friendly their phone support was. The young woman that answered the phone was very professional very nice and very prompt. It didn’t take long for someone to pick up in the service department. He was very professional very thorough in his instructions And very nice. Well done!

Was in the curbside pick up was told my truck was to big and had to move to back of parking lot.did so then she said I didn't get email 1 1/2 hrs later because they didn't have them said 5 in stock I ordered 3 heaters.i have not got refund and now it says two in stock so I'm trying again.if i deal with same lady again I will find put her name I want to say she's was on a power trip.But didnt have a name tag.very unhappy I've been a loyal Northern tool customer but labor freight for now on.
p.s. parking lot was empty.

Went today to look for hydro fluid for my mower even tho there was absolutely no one in the store employees seemed pretty busy conversationing when asking where the fluid was told a aisle that had no sort of fluid at all was walking around for a good minute trying to find it ended up leaving and going to tractor supply

I bought my 72" homak toolbox thru northern tool also and like this Milwaukee order went as planned no problems and half the price of the "depot"! Thanks NT !; ( I never give 5 stars. Because nobody is perfect.) Although some r closer than others.
