We had a tree fall around 9pm on a Friday taking out our electricity. They were out by 10pm and spent close to 3 hours repairing our line. Dimo (sp?) Went above and beyond to get us up and running including moving a pile of gravel and interacting with our neighbors. We now compare all customer service to Dimo as the ideal.

They could care less about their customers! Had my account on auto draft and for some reason last month it did not go thru. No one called me or anything! Well today they cut my power off over 150$ bill that was 1 month behind. Is that how you treat loyal customers? I had no warning or anything. How petty is that? I have small children in my house and it is 90 degrees outside and yall cut my power off over 1 past due bill? I guess they can treat people however they choose since we have no choice but to use MTE. This honestly makes me not even want to live in this area any more. One minor mistake and yall just cut my power off in the middle of the summer! Very very cruel and heartless to do people that way. I would understand if it was months behind but 1 month? Seriously?

Our Power went out on a Sunday and has been off now for hours. My husband is on life support treatments at home and our physician has sent in our medical forms to MTEMC. In cases such as these, we are supposed to be contacted by the power company and on a priority list for restoration of service. Not only have we not been contacted now after hours of no electricity, but I have been unable to get a human being to answer the phone and help us out. I have to idea when our power is coming back on or what to do for his treatment today. Absolutely appalling customer service for those with medical conditions.

Bill went up 50% for no reason. Checked with my bill for the colder months last year and they were no where near this high. They monopolized the area and are absolute crooks.
