I recently had the pleasure of working with Bryan Farmer and Henley Supply and Millwork, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.

One of the standout aspects of my experience was their commitment to honoring their warranty. When I encountered a failed seal in one of my windows, they stood behind the quality of their windows and corrected the problem.

Additionally, the installers Will and Justin were fantastic. They were not only skilled and efficient but also courteous and respectful of my home. They took the time to ensure everything was installed perfectly and left the work area spotless.

I’ve never left a review for anyone before, but I felt like I needed to because of their exceptional incompetence and horrid customer service.
We bought our house in September and the window was broken from construction. We were told that they would have it replaced within 2 weeks of signing. No problem… Except it is now December and they have come 3 times with the wrong sized window each time. I feel like I have to be clear that it was the SAME WRONG SIZE each time.
When I called this past time, before I said anything was wrong with the install, I asked what size they had down for the windows in the living room. He told me the wrong size, the one they have been ordering for the past 4 months. I then told him that was incorrect and he told me the one we need and proceeded to say “We just order what the builder tells us to.” I don’t think so, considering our builder knows exactly which size we need and has been working with them since the construction of the house.
When buying a new build or a house that has a warranty, ask who is contracted to do the windows, and if it’s Henley, RUN!

I just ordered new interior and exterior doors for my remodel job!! The doors arrived perfect and fit like a glove. I went with Santa Fe interior doors and they look great. The exterior doors were a big upgrade from my old doors and I could not be happier!! The process of getting doors for the remodeling job was made easy by the staff at Henley Supply Millwork. Highly recommend!!

As a hobby builder, I may not purchase as much as the big time contractor folk, but I have have used this business on many occasions. Stairs, windows, custom trim... I've built a lot on my own. Furniture and cabinets also. I have always been satisfied with the quality of materials that I have purchased there. Y'all keep up the good work!
