Recently had to get some AC repair and tune-up work done and X-Press did a fantastic job! Very helpful from the start. From coordinating and scheduling with the friendly and helpful office managers to the excellent and professional work the repair techs did, it was solid service and hospitality start to finish. Also, the price was fair and less than I even thought it was going to be. Very highly recommended!!

Single mom running a small business so money is tight and I’m usually ordering heating oil last minute but Xpress energy always comes through for me time after time. Once we had an emergency with our heater and the gentleman from Xpress that came out to repair it, took the time to explain everything he was doing to my son who is studying electrical occupations. I’ve used several fuel companies over the years at different places I’ve lived, but X-Press Energy has been an absolute lifesaver. The first time I used them was a few years ago when my wife was pregnant. Our previous company, which we had on auto-fill, failed to show up, and we ran out of propane during a snowstorm, leaving us without heat.

We were in a tough spot, but the owner of X-Press Energy went above and beyond—he personally came to our house and filled our tank, even though we weren’t regular customers at the time. Since then, their service has consistently been exceptional.

Our heater broke down during the night and they were quick to send a technician out to fix it. Their office was constantly in touch with me updating as to the status of the technician and checked in after the service to make sure everything was working well during this unusually cold season. They secured my business indefinitely. Unlike other energy suppliers I've dealt with, Xpress really made a dedicated effort to resolve my heating problems and made us feel like we were priority number one.
