We converted our home from oil to heat pumps with Dillon & the Sustainable team. They absolutely deserve all these 5 ⭐️ reviews. Working with Dillon was such a refreshing experience. He is responsive and dependable, both being hard to find in Westchester. He listened to our needs and requests and accommodated anything possible, even when it was more intensive work. The stainable team was professional and courteous in all interaction.
We are completely satisfied with the hardware and the installation, and would (and have) happily recommend them to friends.

We were given Dillon’s number by our neighbor after having difficulty finding an HVAC company we felt comfortable working with. We are so grateful for the recommendation. Dillon was responsive and professional. He provided options at our request, and was patient and helpful while we made decisions.

Delivery of the hardware was prompt and everything arrived safely. We had some unforeseen personal circumstances arise just as installation was to begin and Dillon was gracious and accommodating.

The units are expertly installed, unobtrusive and quiet. It should be noted that only the best materials and tools were used.

A year later, when our basement was ready to receive a unit, we had the Sustainable Heating & Cooling team come over to install an additional condenser and 3 inside units to complete our transformation. The house is now always at an ideal temperature, every room can have a different setting, which is great for our toddler, and discarding the old hydronic system has reclaimed plenty of space.

A shout out to his installation team as well. The guys were so pleasant to have around the house, always polite and smiling.

We highly recommend Dillon and the rest of the Sustainable Heating & Cooling team! We could not be more satisfied.

Dillon and his guys were amazing! Dillon personally came over to explain exactly what we needed to update/replace our heating and air conditioning systems. The price was clear , the install was done within a few days of signing the contract, the guys who did the install were respectful, and took great care of being neat and efficient. They also replaced our thermostats and explained everything as it was being done. There are many companies out there and we got 3 quotes which were pretty much all the same, but Dillon didn’t try to oversell us, and was extremely knowledgeable, clear and performed the work as promised. I highly, highly recommend his company.

They incredible at what they do from start to finish. I met Dillon, the owner, and he was patient and kind through the whole process. Unlike many who try to add on extras to drive costs up, he never did. He was TRANSPARENT, something that many contractors, electricians, HVAC companies etc tend to stray from (transparent pricing and a clear game plan from the start). I highly recommend them.

We have had Air Conditioners that were thru the wall. One minute freezing then another minute it’s warm. One side of the family room freezing the other side warm. Can’t hear the TV because the A/C is noisy.

I couldn’t take it anymore especially after this past summer heat wave. My electric bill was more than I ever spent. I asked for a recommendations for a HVAC company. I asked my contractor and friend and he told me that Dillon at Sustainable Heating and Air Conditioning is the guy for me. Dillon came with ideas and advice. I asked a lot of questions. He gave us a quote and I accepted his ideas for what was best for my home and we installed 4 mini splits.
He called with an approximate date and he was true to his word. He came with a very nice guy named Dominick. What a nice guy! The work was done carefully. I was impressed.
The men just left and within minutes my home is cool and quiet.

They were neat and respectful of my home. I took out my vacuum cleaner to vacuum and as I was walking into the room, I see that Dominick was already cleaning and vacuuming up the dust.
I have 2 dogs so it is a concern when workers come to the house. Dillon and Dominick were very careful with leaving doors open. I was happy. Extremely professional.

What more can I say? Except Thank you Dillon!
