Power is out, once again for the 3rd time in less than a month. This happens consistently throughout the year. 20 to 30 customer's will call in and each customer is told, "You're the 1st to let us know, nobody has called." We never get lower electric bills being that we're always unconveinced without power. I know of several people who rely on oxygen machines and power is sometimes out long enough to exhaust their reserve supplies AND cause medical emergencies. If it rains or winds blows too hard, our power definitely goes out.

One of the hottest days so far, sunny day very low wind and the power suddenly goes out for no logical reason what so ever--now we've got no air conditioner, no fans, no stove or micro wave ect because these incompetent nincompoops can't do their job. What a pathetic excuse for a power company. *Edit* a year and a half later and once again the power has randomly gone out during one of the hottest days of the summer. No rain, no wind, just out. You guys phucken suck smh

This is the 4th time the power has gone out in a week's time. Has been out for a full 8 hours today. Was out for three days in a row earlier in the week when the temperature outside dipped below freezing. That time they blamed ice melting. Power goes out with a sprinkle of rain, consistently all summer long. Not to mention the rate they are charging is more than what I paid for in Denver for a large 4 bedroom house. Let me also mention that we get daily power surges and daily outages where the power blinks off and they could care less. Also, this co-op is about 20 years behind on paying capital credits and rebates. Something doesn't add up

We recently had a tree fall on our line. The dispatch was very efficient, and within an hour or so, the lineman was at our house. They had us up and going quickly. Afterwards, I talked with the general manager in Pecos, and he was very helpful and eager to please.

Terrible service, electricity goes out intermittently when there is the slightest bit of wind. When it rains electricity can and does go out for hours, this doesn't even include the many power surges. Absolutely terrible service!

I have amazing customer service the techs are all so helpful and kind.. even when not working on my property... my bill is never outrageous, but that's on me.. lol great staff great assistance Thank u Mora Electronic..

If you like paying a lot for a little, this is the place for you! My electric bill for my tiny place still leaves my friends and family from other places with their jaws dropped (double the cost of electricity anywhere I have lived).
