Easy approach and information with our salesperson. Speaking with Paolo was like visiting with an old friend. Nothing was forced and all
questions were answered. As for the install team, they did a fantastic job. Very nice and courteous and answered any questions and explained the entire process to me. Install took about 10 hours total over a two day period. I would recommend Blue Raven to anyone looking to learn more about converting to clean SOLAR ENERGY.

The local crew delivered a pallet with all their supplies while I was at work, the day before install. The next morning they showed exactly on time. Two crew got started and later were joined by two more. They worked hard, focused, and professionally. Went all over my house like an army of ants. They cleaned up everything as they went along, left no mess or trash. They got finished in only 2 1/2 hours, way before their projected time frame. When they left told me what expect next from City and Duke Energy inspectors before system could be turned on. My install crew was great and did an awesome job.

Thank You Evan and Blue Raven! Super Stars all around. From Evan coming to our house and introducing us to these panels to these GREAT technicians completing the job. Sorry I’m not good with names so I apologize, but these 4 guys were all AWESOME! (A couple of them drove down from Nebraska - not a short drive to North Carolina) They were hard working and very respectful. I’m sorry I can’t remember all 4 guys names. The guys who installed the panels worked for 10 hours straight. I had to go outside and offer them water. The Electricians came out the following day and again I had to go outside and offer them water as well. They worked for 7 hours straight. All together it was a special experience and I’m looking forward to a decreased Electric Bill and a HUGE investment in my family’s future. Before they left for the day they all explained the process and what they performed that day. They answered all of my questions I had. Again, thank you Blue Raven! This company is AWESOME!

I just had my solar panels installed. My sales guy, Sam, was extremely knowledgeable and convincing and walked me through my million questions until I was comfortable with my decision. When the crew came to install, I was blown away by their kindness, knowledgeable, work ethic and speed. I had two obnoxious dogs running around and the crew was so patient with me and made sure to keep the gate shut and be respectful. They cleaned up after themselves and were cheerful and safe the whole time.
I haven't gotten my solar set up for service yet, but I'll update this review when I do. So far, 10/10 experience!!

Edited to update: install didn't pass inspection- now waiting over 2 weeks to get the fix. frustrating.

Thanks to Pat West and the whole team of Raven. We have our solar panels up on our house and everything looks good. It was a smooth process of getting a permit fast getting them up pretty quick also now we’re benefiting from the solar panels being up and everybody wins.

They went beyond the call of duty!
Worked through the rain and until 8 pm to get the panels installed! Electrician followed up the following day to complete the job! Waiting on the Inspection and punch work to be completed over the next 7 days! Then it should be a few weeks for Duke Energy to switch out our meter!If all goes well we hope to have the new Solar system activated with in the month!!

I am extremely pleased with the whole process! Small snag with parts but it was rectified and installation proceeded and they were done in no time. Everything was cleaned up just as it was before. If I could give 10 stars I would.
