Worth it. Yes, well drilling and servicing and pump stuff is now expensive as hell, and especially after COVID. PVC, of which the casing and draw pipe is comprised, is double or more. Insurance, labor, vehicles, parts, etc., are all sky high. I have friends desperate to drill a well and looking at out of state suppliers etc, but they're getting 3" casings, whereas mine is 5" (drilled pre-covid) Matt the owner and his team are very responsive, up-front, and make whatever effort they can to keep costs and margins as low as possible. The main thing is that they get things done, don't mess around and don't leave a mess at the site. I'd rather pay for the knowledge, fast service (after the sale). They got a burned out pump warrantied for me, and replaced within 3 days INCLUDING lead time to order and get a new pump. They installed upsized wiring and worked with me to solve even the possibility of this happening again for a long time. I have a very high level of trust with them. They call frequently with updates. I feel I'm getting straight shooting information and service, every time I speak with them. They may not be the "cheapest", but nobody is in this space anymore, and you may as well get the best local support possible. Matt's son is poised to take over if he ever retires, so I'm confident that the family business and culture of service will continue for the life of my well needs. Dave Mitchell

I had no water this morning at 7:30 a.m., called Maez Drilling around 8 a.m. and had my new pressure tank and other things replaced before 10 a.m. Both Matt and Buddy were professional and courteous. Matt explained what I needed and why. I have already referred them to my neighbor. Thanks for your quick response. Highly recommended.

I called today because our water pump house just burned down and I needed to get quotes for replacing everything. I called Maez because they put in the original pump in 1994 and replaced the pump around 10 years ago They had NO history of us being a customer! Since the actual well is on the neighbors property but the well house is on ours we provided the address and name of the owner of the other property still nothing. Jennifer was condescending stating “so now it’s another address? It’s another name” I will never bother y’all again and I will never use you. I called Outrider and the were at my home within 90 mins !!! Anyone reading this call Outrider

MJ went out of his way to design a creative system that would keep our well away from our leechfield. It was challenging. In fact, a lot of drillers won't drill here in hour area. Fabian, Arturo, Anthony, and Emilio were top-notch! Thank you all for helping to secure some tasty water!

Initially, I got a quote on drilling a well on our property. Because of Covid, there was a delay. In any event in 2021-2022 they installed a well. I called the lender to get them paid & we owed a small balance, which we paid.
There was an issue where there the water was affected inside. I called Kolynn & asked them if they would come out and check it out for us.
They agreed to, and in 4 different conversations, she never mentioned that there would be a fee. If she had, I would have told her to forget it. I was never given that option, and was shocked when she emailed me an invoice for $100.00. I called her because after paying them over $22,000.00 for the well, I thought they would use good sense and customer care.
Unfortunately, they cared more about the almighty buck than keeping a customer happy & satisfied. I contacted the attorney general & filed a complaint.
Their response was to lie about a number of things, and over react about a perceived attack on the owner’s name which NEVER happened. I would tread lightly with this company, because they could turn on you too unexpectedly and their response was really overkill.
They were completely unreasonable and I never expected that. I thought we had a good relationship up until that point. This just shows you that that things can change on a dime without your being aware of it.
I cannot in good conscience recommend Maez Drilling for drilling a well on your property.
