Had them for long enough. Everytime we have to fill there is ALWAYS an issue. The people that answer the phones will constantly talk over you. They even hit my husbands parked car when he wasn’t home. I can’t wait to change and find some one who isn’t rude.

I called on Tuesday 10/5/24 to order propane cuz it we were expecting a storm. When I called I had 20% which was OK cuz they said they would deliver on Thursday, I called Thursday to verify, they said they should but if not on Friday cuz to drivers called in, so on Friday bout 3:00pm I called again to verify, was told probably not till next week due to 2 of their trucks breaking down in Santa Fe. I am now on 10% & who knows what day next week I'll get my propane. I don't have any other source of heat or for bathing with hot water or washing. I just have propane. I also just live right across from Pecos Propane & saw trucks arriving at the company. The woman told me to cut down on my usage until next week. How do I do that if that's the only source of heat I have & after this storm it's cold. Your company should serve people in Pecos first then go to out of town places, being we live here where they are located. I'm also a diabetic & the cold doesn't agree with me now. I need to have warm. So if my tank goes to empty I hope you will pay the reconnect fee cuz I don't have enough money for that. I'm on disability. Hope New Management fixes this some how cuz I'm a very disappointed avid customer.

I get my 5 gallons propane tanks refilled here. The prices are always low compared to Santa Fe places and the service is quick. Notice that you pay a fixed price per refill, so make sure that you only bring empty tanks. In other words, they will no measure the tank's weight ahead of playing, so you get no credit for what may already be in the tank. If you it a problem if you only bring empty tanks. Another plus here is that you really get what you pay for. The swap out places may not give you 100% full tanks in return.

I ordered propane when I was at 23%. Now at 10%, they still cannot give me a delivery date. Canceled the order and am going with another provider.

I show up at 434 to get propane the sign says open. The guy by the tanks that I asked for help tells me to go to the office. I go to the office knock on the door someone says hold on a minute. Come back and tell me that they closed at 4:30. Explain that all my refrigerator food is going to go bad because I'm not going to make it to Santa Fe to get propane. She said I'm sorry and closed her window on me. I am soooo totally disappointed with the service. If I would have drove straight to the door and knocked I would have made it in time but because I stopped and asked somebody... I ran out of time & they wouldn't help me.

These guys are wonderful. Over the 30 yrs in this house, I had been through all 3 Santa Fe propane companies and was pretty unsatisfied with all of them. I found Pecos Propane a few years ago and was blown away with their excellent customer service. I am so appreciative of them and hope they stay around for a long time!

I switched to Pecos Propane 12 years ago and can truly say in all that time they have been GREAT! Personable and friendly crew, each and every one. They’ve never fallen short of anything I’ve asked of them. The owners and technicians even came to my house while I was away during the winter and fixed my heating system that had shut-down (saving me from a disasterous home freeze-up). I’ve never have had a singel problem with this company, never been dissappointed with their service and moreso: these folks will show up to help you (even after-hours) if need be. This is the kind of business model and “client attention” that other companies would do well to aspire to. I would highly recommend Pecos Propane to anyone who wants fine service, consistently competitive pricing and the kind of attention that a local, family run company that cares about it’s community always delivers!
