Very friendly staff! I didn't know what type of soil to buy but after "Lupita" asked me a few questions, I knew what to I needed. Outside the person loading the soil jogged over and told me where to position my trailer. I loved the soil I purchased and the price was the beston the town. Great experience! Ordered 4 cubic yards they delivered 2 cubic yards I contacted them before the truck was off my road with pictures. Lady was VERY rude and told me it was my problem. See pictures and videos for proof yard stick in photo cardboard on entire yard so ...

Every time I deal with barela, I feel like I’m dealing with such wonderful people. "Lupita"The person that answers the phone is always incredibly gracious and their drivers are consummate professionals. Today I received help from "Royce"He is a great asset for this company and client facing representation. He takes the extra few minutes to ask you where are you need to drop off. We were lied to and sold crap dirt that was mainly sand from the mesa that we could have gotten for free. When we called to complain about the condition of the soil we were told to kick rocks. But that was jus the first surprise, because turns out that their dirt is 100% full of crab grass. Everywhere we spread their dirt we battled crab grass, all of our raised beds and pots that didn't get their soil was just fine. This company is a sham and are out to bidenomics people out of their money with little to no return.

We ordered fill dirt and soil from Barela’s for our new grass. Not only did it get delivered within 1 day of ordering, but everyone we spoke to was so nice and helpful. Their delivery driver was so friendly and did a great job. We are so pleased with the product and the service we got!
