They're a complete rip off i was promised 12.7 cents per Kwh end up pay 22 cents when you factor all the hidden fees from Iron Horse and the 22 dollars they charged and taxes you can find better prices on your own

Just got notice they are raising their rates to $22 a month. They are crazy. It’s now going to be more expensive using this service than just doing it on your own or using another provider. There are other alternatives that are cheaper and arguably better. People love Energy Ogre and it is half the cost for the same service. Corporate greed and price gouging at its finest.

We have been with Evergreen since 2019. They negotiate electricity rates on your behalf and charge $20 a month ongoing for their services. The savings for our 3400 sqft Dallas home is easily many multiple times that. I was initially put off with the $20 fee and then did some market comparatives and was blown away with the rates they were able to negotiate on my behalf. These guys are genius!

Assumed I was saving money with them, come to realize iron horse was not in fact lower than reliant or other companies. I also never got any of the checks and rewards that they said I would get. Honestly just a waste of $20/mo.

A lot of people are confusing evergreen with an electrical provider. i have been with evergreen for 5 years, they manage my electricity and my bills have been up to 30% lower with any of the providers they have paired me with. Some of these reviews are exactly why evergreen exists. People dont understand how the electricity industry works. The rates in general are just high currently for all providers.

This company charges you 240 dollars a year to keep a membership with them. Yet they provide mediocre customer service. I am actively looking to switch electrical companies.
