Looking to stay sober? Then look no farther and get your application in ASAP. After I left in-patient treatment I was unsure what was going to happen next, the only thing I knew for sure was I wanted to stay sober. I was in active addiction for 24 years and got my first six months of sobriety at New Mexico Wellness. When I first heard of EPC I wasn't sure it would work for me; Kind of a hard part of town to live in for an addict trying NOT to use. However I gave it a chance, and it has been better then I thought possible. You get your own room and bathroom which is unheard of. and I'll just list some of its features: a pond, a gym, washers and dryers, climbing wall, a stage, multiple gardens, huge kitchen, a scary old church, multiple community meeting rooms, TV with every streaming platform imaginable. But it's not just the stuff here that makes it amazing, it's the people and the program. Jeff (the executive director) is most likely a super hero, I have watched this man closely and am convinced he has an army of clones; Trying to comprehend the amount of things he does for the community is staggering. Marla (the office manager) is cooler then the other side of the pillow. She is super knowledgeable about most everything and has helped me with everything from school work to doing my taxes. I won't list every staff member by name but every person here has helped me stay sober another day from the other office worker to the case managers, everyone just wants to support you on your journey of recovery. So make the right choice, if your serious about your recovery EPC is the place to be.

I wish there were more places like EPC. They are a sober living facility that help men and women from all walks of life who may be in a tough time of their lives. Their program is based on 4 Pillars: Education, Exercise, Community, and Service. By spending 30 minutes per day on each pillar, residents can begin to refocus and reground themselves in order to better their lives and get back to a healthy and positive lifestyle. They're also a community center and offer meeting spaces that many groups use, such as AA, NA, CA, Debtors Anonymous and more. They offer yoga classes for free and are just a great resource for the community. Their gym is a huge commercial style gym that they offer memberships for I believe $10/month. You'll be blown away when you see this gym! Anyways, if you can, stop on by and take a tour to see if this is someplace that you or a loved one could benefit from. I can attest that they literally saved my life. If you have any donations or questions, they're a super friendly group and always willing to help. Thanks!

This place is amazing. They are one of the best sober living facilities in Albuquerque and they people are great. Home of Albuquerque CA meetings with a group like no other. There is a gym there and the manager is super helpful and friendly.

I can't say enough about how amazing this place is. They accept anyone and everyone from all walks of life and only ask one thing.... That you have a desire to better yourself. I have attended many meetings as well as events that are hosted for holidays and its so much fun and beleive it or not drug and alcohol free.

This place was crucial to saving my life on one very dark & hopeless Christmas day. I was lucky enough to spend the whole afternoon they're going to meeting after meeting, and meet people that not only helped me but knew exactly what they were doing because they worked the program right.

I was so happy to be back in n.a. but the disprespect I was shown there is horrible. If u dont know the powle running the meeting u dont get to talk. Even if u are having a want, and to make it worse they laugh when another person is chosen to speak over u saying ur name before u speak! I'll never return to these meetings.
