I had a gas leak inside my home and Keith made sure himself or someone else was at my home within five minutes to help out. He was extremely concerned for mine and my family’s saftey, and that kind of care and consideration is so rare today. All around great experience with this company, and I hope Keith gets the recognition he deserves!

They don't care about your well being. I am 82 years old and sick, got shut off notice put note on meter that I had the money, the man didn't pay any attention to note just turned my gas off.

Apparently they'll shut your gas off mid winter over 25 dollars. Received a written shut off notice couple days ago for a 25 dollar bill that was due end of November. Never received an email notice so glad I checked my mail recently.

When I called to make my payment, lady I spoke to was havin a bad day I guess. Confirmed that they will in fact shut off your service in the middle of winter over the said 25 dollars. Not that we need it, but didn't even bother to mention a payment plan if any. Personally, I thought the entire encounter was comical because of what was being said. But if a company is hurting that bad for 25 dollars, I would recommend reevaluating your finance department.

Portal needs some major renovations and the times I've tried to enroll in autopay, I get a system error. Recommend taking a look at that.

Like many others I really hate their payment portal and website, very dated and no access to previous bills. How can my gas bill be $65 in the summer, ever since I had the billing problem and was shutoff seems my bill has been higher like something was loosened to make that possible. Absolute worse customer service, every girl that works there is on a power trip and arrogant.

They were fine for 2 years put me on the budget payment plan THEN I moved. Now they want $300 from me after they applied my deposit! Don't sign up for the budget plan UNLESS you plan to die in the same place.

Cost of gas doubled over the last month making my bill more than I have ever paid. This is beyond ridiculous. A small increase would have been more understandable, but outright doubling the cost of gas whenever the company feels like it should not be legal.
