They've become WAY too expensive. Sometimes their prices are so close to new that I might as well buy new. It seems there was a management change about a year or two ago and since then they've gotten rid of the variety of the stuff they used to have. They're more focused on pricey used furniture, lighting, cabinets, doors, toilets and such and less focused on the cheap stuff that used to make me want to go there like old pipes, used tools and other oddball household stuff. Now I rarely go there and when I do I rarely buy anything.

Buyers beware!!! ReStore locations will sell you damaged merchandise and refuse to make it right!! I bought 9 boxes of brand new tile in the box, when I opened the boxes, 7 of the 9 boxes were damaged and unusable. They were pulled from a pallet, loaded on a cart and loaded into my car by a ReStore employee. I contacted the store and asked them to make it right and they completely refused to do an exchange for boxes of tile that aren't damaged. I asked to speak to someone about it, Kristi the retail director called me hours later and said they won't do an exchange because all sales are final. I explained that the product was damaged and she just refused to help, she was extremely rude and blamed the damage on me. I called the admin office and left a message, but no one has called back. The President and CEO is Cameron Walker and I would very much like to speak with him about this situation! The next step is to make a complaint to their board of directors. Selling damaged merchandise to the public and refusing to make it right is called FRAUD!!!!

I always find something here. I have been able to find great prices on everything from furniture to lighting fixtures and paint. If you have any home improvement projects I highly recommend stopping by and seeing what they have. The inventory always changes so you never know, but I will not start a project without them.

Great cause, but poor consideration for people living near by. Having your construction crew come out before 8am every morning is highly disturbing and disrespectful. Also, a branch from a tree they had trimmed literally fell and hit my home, so I had to contact someone about that already. It was a large branch too, it could’ve harmed someone visiting me, myself, or my dogs when it fell to the ground. So BE AWARE, because their work is negligent, especially if you have children. They don’t care about people living in the area, and are a noise pollution to the working class in the mornings. Highly disappointed with this company and their work. I feel sorry for whoever has to live in that house, and I hope they double check the tree trimming because I’d hate to see a new neighbor be harmed by a company that was suppose to be helping them.

Checking out they always ask if you want to round it up. I choose not to because I do not make enough money to qualify for a habitat home. I do not want to donate towards someone who makes more and can afford one of your homes.
That should be enough for the clerk checking me out but she repeated so you don't want to round it up to. I already said no trying to shame me into it is disrespectful to me as a customer buying items that have been donated. I never try to ask to purchase for less.
Also the CEOs make much more than I do. Yes you do a lot of good but asking me once should be enough. Years ago this was never asked.

You’d think that being a company who receives their merchandise as a donation they’d be more willing to come down on price. It’s a shame that they don’t negotiate at all. Their pricing is way too high. Waste of time.

A lot of good pieces for a.good price; however, the flooring is retail and I got a better price for the same flooring at Home Depot, but other than that I love their mission.

1/3 to donate some stuff, the guy and the receiving department didn't even want to help us unload. He called another dude that was there with him to help, and the guy just walked off. It felt like I was bothering them by donating stuff...
