EXCELLENT SERVICE! I had a DC Rectifier MFG. by Kinetics and installed by an electrician over 20 years ago . Recently the Rectifier went down for the 1st time in 20 years and I couldn't find an electrician familiar with the old D.C. I called Kinetics hoping they still had records on the Rectifier and could help me get my elevator running again.
I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THE OWNER KEITH SECREST! He went above and beyond any service I was expecting. Through phone calls w/ my house electrician, who had little experience w/ D.C. Rectifiers, Keith Secrest troubleshooted the problem, ordered the parts, shipped overnight and THEN stayed on phone with my electrician as he installed the parts to make sure the Rectifier worked. Keith even had the original documents which he took the time to scan and send to me. All of this exceptional service only cost me the parts, which I found to be very reasonable.
Like I said before , Keith Secrest and his Kinetics Industries went above and beyond.
