I wasn't here to catch a bus, but merely to explore all my options to travel to LA in July and move there, so I had a look at the Greyhound station. This review is merely telling you the station's condition when I visited, which was still helpful to me and should be to others.

The place seems to be clean enough. It's a corner away from the projects but I didn't see anyone dangerous. Staff has strangely short hours. They leave at the onset of noon so there was no one there when I visited the station. You'll have to go around the back to get in. The front entrance is for passengers. You'll probably have a very easy time using this station compared to the rest of Greyhound's facilities and they have a few amenities in there (ATM, vending, bathroom, etc). All of said amenities worked and the bathroom was being cleaned when I checked it. Worth using if you want to make a straight shot for somewhere I think.

Parking is bad though, so take a taxi and have them drop you off.

Terrible business. I had bought 3 tickets and the site started that the bus was leaving at 9:25 AM. I get to the station at 9:15 to find out the the bus had arrived at 9:05 and had decided to leave early. When I asked the window assistant about it she referred me to company policy. Basically buses have an erratic schedule and can choose to leave early if the driver wishes so. Finally if I'd wish to change the tickets it was 20 dollars for each ticket.

Next time I'll just rent a car and pay the drop off fee

You'll get what you paid for, cheap. 90% of the time you'll be delayed ..I've waited up to 4hrs four my bus. The stations are not always clean and some of the drivers clearly just hate their job. But hey, it's a cheaper way to travel and some of the busses are nice. The others are begging to be sent to the dump

The only reason there is one star is because you can choose nothing....This was the WORSE experience I've ever had!!! I will never use this service again. I had to call five times to get someone from the USA to help with with a problem. The bus that my son is one is delayed but no one can tell me why or even what time it will be... and to make matter worse, when I asked the lady that answered phone who I could call to get answers from, she hung up on me. I guess Greyhound does not believe in customer service.

Lost luggage no one at any greyhound station EVER answers the phone they dont TREAT the handicapped with dignity nor did they give the assistance that GREYHOUND SAID they would offer the handicapped before they accepted our money.The 2 women bus drivers were the worst of all the bus broke down. And no one seems to care about anything that happrns to a passenger. I am truly hurt and very disappointed upon the treatment i received. Truly sadden and hurt

This station is deplorable. It was once a clean vibrant station with a grill and friendly customer support. It has been privatized by a local agency that employs racist staff who seek to defraud customers of the service delivery they invest in when they purchase their tickets. My experience with this site on Monday, Mar 13 was so eggregious I filed complaints with the US Dept of Justice as well as Greyhound Corporate and the BBB. This station should fire its manager and/or close its doors permanently.

You can't get a hold of them,been trying for a month,I finally got someone at a different number and she acted like she couldn't do her job and I had to keep repeating and spelling things to her ,so I just hung up

Somewhat of depressing place. Not open and friendly like bus stations used to be. Doors all locked during a lunch time so travelers can't come in to wait for check in or to use facilities or venting machines. Cleanliness is mediocre.
