We bought our above ground pool from them. Very informative and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions and help us set up an installer. They are great with letting us know what we need to add with the water testing they do. All in all I recommend them 100%.

Got a free t-shirt for their 50 year anniversary. These guys are the OG pool company and have everything you could ever need. Supplies are reasonably priced. Opening and winterizing bundle is a good deal, but repair services can get expensive quickly.

I was in desperate need of a Hayward filter gasket that didn’t seem to be available with 11 pool supply stores. I contacted Monaco, and spoke with Christian who was so helpful. He went the extra mile to help me locate this item, and after visiting the store, I bought a few of them! Christian is a great addition to the Monarch staff. I couldn’t have found this without him!

Completely ripped off my father on a simple spa repair. Their repair lasted a week, was over priced and customer service was atrocious. Gave a call to Rydan Pools who had my father up and running for a third of the price! We will NEVER use Monarch again.

The worse customer service! I went and asked for a small sand filter pump and the guy didn’t even let me finish telling him what I was looking and he said here we don’t have that ! with bad attitude ! Like I was asking for something free 😂😂 ! And Escort me to the exit door ! Another words I was kicked out from the store ! Funny way they do business !

They did my pool and it took them forever to do , they were concentrating in getting more contract and doing more holes just to get the money of everybody instead of finishing with their prior contracts, on top of that the motor they put me looks it was old and consumed a lot of electricity, im being forced to buy a new motor in order to enjoy my pool since the one they put me consumes a lot of electricity..buyers beware verify that motor is new no an old motor

Johan arrived on time as scheduled as the spa tech and was very competent and in a short time diagnosed my problems and fixed my spa which now runs perfectly. Its nice to finally have any service person who really knows their stuff and he does and his assistant was very helpful as well. I will also not that Dave who sold me the spa is equally good and when I call with my issue he was happy to address it. So, the sales and service side really did their job which is why I am a repeat spa purchaser. Thank you both for a job well done.

These guys have been around forever and are a tremendous resource for pool knowledge. Special thanks to Jack who helped me on Saturday to figure out a small part I needed on a pool filter I've had for 14 years. The have everything you need, prices are fair and they really do go above and beyond to help you.
