I am a customer with Energo for a few years now and I am totally happy with their service. Back in the middle of December 2024 when we had the 12 degree freezing weather, my boiler was turning on and off. So that morning I called burner service at 7:00am about the problem and by 8:30am the boiler mechanic John arrived and replaced the Oil Boiler Control within 20 minutes. What a great company with their prompt service. Thank you Energo

Not purchasing from this service ever again. I’ve paid the full amount of my transaction and they call me back weeks later talking about I haven’t paid my balance. I’ve used this service twice, and it happened, TWICE! Very unprofessional and disorganized company. Go find a different service. Very unsatisfied.

Don’t let them charge you twice and KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS!

Extreme focus on customer service. Technicians very confidant and reliable. I ask a lot of questions and they were able to explain things in a way that i understood.

Highly recommended Service.

Sebastian was leading the job and i wanted to give him a shout out for his Customer Service and I never felt like they were rushing to get to the next job- which is typical with other service companies.
