I retract my previous poor review. Sue called from the company and was delightful even after she let me rant. The process still needs some fine tuning. With a person like Sue working with this organization and making the effort to contact me personally made all the difference. I do wish this company the best of luck. I believe her when she says she will follow through.

The ride failed to end when I docked the bike at the end of my ride. I did everything their customer service asked of me to verify that I had docked the bike, but I have still been frozen out of my account. They are now asking me to go double check that the bike is where I left it, as if that's somehow my job and not theirs. All around terrible experience.

Beware of scammers who ask for you to rent the bike for them. Especially because this company does not have a proper system for theft prevention “we do not currently have GPS tracking capabilities on our bikes for recovery purposes”. This person took off with the bike and there is no way to track where it went, replacement for the bike is $1,200. It’s like they’re baking on the bike being lost.

This company will charge your card way over what they claim. Charged my card 72$ and they said it was a docking error and said they would adjust the charge. They did end up doing so after jumping through a fee hoops. DO NOT RENT THESE BIKES UNTIL THEY ARE FORCED TO FIX THEIR FAULTY TECHNOLOGY.

Decent bikes, terrible communication/customer service. I paid $3.00 for a 60 min ride, parked the bike out front of where I was headed. I thought it was like the Lime Scooters, and didn’t realize that I needed to return it to a dock. My mistake, so I returned it to the proper location. That cost me an additional $15.00. Annoying, but fair enough. Later that Day I used the service again, this time paying $9.00 for an all day pass to avoid late fees. Tonight I received my $10.00 late fee….apparently an all day pass means unlimited rides in 60 min intervals. So you only have it for 60 min before needing to park it again. Kind of defeating the point of an all day pass. This was all needlessly confusing, and the team at Green Bike was dispassionate and unhelpful. Two trips on the bike cost me $37.00! I made an honest mistake, I’m not trying to scam a non profit, but they sure got a lot out of me. I will legitimately never use their services again. What a waste.

By far the worst company I have ever experienced. DO NOT PAY FOR AN ALL DAY PASS. They charge you additionally the day after for an all day pass. The woman I spoke to over the phone had the worst attitude I have ever experienced as well. Shameful behavior.

terrible way they handle their charges for a non-profit. Took a ride on their "free ride days" only to be charged $5 for going over the 30 minute even though i was given 24 hours of free riding. They gave no indications of the 30 minute limit. Apparently i had to "change the bike every 30 minutes." The bike's wheel also popped mid ride so we had to walk it to a station. There's also no instruction on how to use the locks.
