Had a walk out basement door cut in the foundation. Absolute worst experience with this company. They were hired through my general contractor and left my house a disaster. They flooded my basement laundry room with the water/concrete slurry and caused damage to my daughters carpet flooring. I explicitly told the employee to set up containment as to not get dust, debris and slurry on our stuff. It was on the ceiling, floor, boxes, tv, personal items and my daughters clothes. It got in my ac unit outside, on the wall, window, soffit and nothing, I mean nothing was done to clean it off. Not even to let us know it had happened. When the employee was done cutting, he never went back into the basement to see if cleanup was needed or even said he was done. I emptied 2 five gallon shop vacs full of slurry that was on the floor. It took over 3 hours of my wife and I to clean up the mess they left behind. Then they had the audacity to charge my contractor an additional $500 to cut the wall. My understanding is they are the biggest concrete cutter in the area and by their lack of care and consideration, it showed they care more about the $ than the families they are doing work for. I am very disappointed is the service and hope this review will help at least one family from suffering the same type of disaster we did.

Recently, our neighborhood was undergoing sidewalk, gutter and curbing replacements as the neighborhood has been finished (no more houses to build). For the city to actually mark the neighborhood as "complete" they needed to go through and fix any city owned concrete that had cracks.

Greene Concrete Cutting is who they hired to do the job, we received notice of this by way of a letter attached to our doors, with a phone number for us to call if we had questions, I did contact the number provided and they assured me that there would be no damage and I wouldn't even notice once they were done. Being that I am a first time home owner, I was curious what happens if they ruin the work that I spent all summer doing (landscaping, leveling out my yard, adding top soil, and hydroseeding). I spent thousands and thousands of dollars getting my yard prepped and ready, not to mention the countless hours. I did not have money to pay someone to do the work, so I had to bust my *ss day in and day out for months.

A few days after my call with Greene Concrete Cutting, they showed up and started butchering our neighborhood and I thought "hey, I will be patient, maybe they will clean up the mess they make afterwards.", a couple weeks went by, they had "finished" their work, but 1 thing still remained.. Destroyed lawns, dying grass, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE service.

Please review the images I am posting as well, this will give you insight to the terrible job they do. I hope the management at Greene Concrete Cutting see's this and changes their process in the future because this is absolutely unacceptable.

We needed to cut out a window in one of our buildings. The service was amazing. The people in the office (dispatch?) were super helpful and nice. The operator was clean and friendly. Would definitely use again. Thanks guys!

I had some trench cut in my basement and also a window cut into a door. They were absolutely amazing. Kind, professional, CLEAN...I wasn't expecting such great service from a construction company. Will use again for sure.

We needed some concrete curbing for our housing development in downtown Salt Lake. These folks did a great job. The only issue is that they were too busy with freeway projects, and we had to wait an extra week. Other than that, it was a solid experience.

I was performing air conditioner work in a home where the homeowner was also cutting concrete in their basement. These Green’s guys really went above and beyond.

Very courteous. Provided ear plugs and Gatorade to everyone in the house. If/when I need concrete work done, I will certainly give these guys a call!
