We will not rent from Medley again. We are a small electrical service company and they charge a minimum $175 an hour for delivery and then a separate $175 per hour pickup fee. When they are delivering and picking up 5 miles down the road it is a ridiculous fee to charge. It is especially difficult to accept that charge when the product you rented cost you a $100 less than the delivery/pickup fee. Again, we will not rent from Medley again.

If I could give this company a 0 star rating I would. Terrible customer service & communication. Also their pricing is well over 300% of other rental equipment companies nearby. Be extremely cautious when selecting this business to work with. In fact I hope you read this review and move on. Lesson learned, several thousand dollars later.
