Stopped in with my 17 year old son and 14 year old son to buy some smokes for myself. I’m not one to write reviews and to be honest this is the first one. Employee would not sale me cigarettes because I had my kids and I think that is the craziest thing I’ve ever heard or experienced when all the days we have been on our vacation I can buy liquor when out to eat with my kids. Not employees fault because according to him it’s company policy but maybe y’all shouldn’t sale tobacco at all is my opinion because seems like a profiling issue on y’all’s part.

I get digital discount coupons from american spirit and you guys not one of your stores can all can honor them so explain to me what it's the problem with being able to scan a coupon off of my phone and then say it didn't take and not give me my discount because it's a manufacturer's discount and if you're not going to honor and put a sign ups as you do not honor coupons from tobacco companies or something instead of me coming in there and because next time i go in there and i use a coupon and i don't get my discount i'm not buying the damn cigarettes from you anymore

My husband went in to pay for drinks, and the man working tonight was rude as hell. Threw my husband change at him where it went every where and said he was closing the store and it messed his draw up and said he was having a bad night. which I thought they opened 24/7.. it's not our fault he had a bad night and took it out on his guest.. he obviously doesn't need to work there bc he is rude to customers period!

Yesterday my vehicle somehow locked while the keys were inside of it when my family stopped for a potty and gas break. The 2 women who were working were so accommodating. They allowed my family to borrow their cell phone to contact a locksmith multiple times and offered to buy my family drinks since it was so hot out and out wallets/phones were also inside the vehicle . I believe the woman's name was Carol. I couldn't have asked for a more accommodating situation given the circumstances. SHE NEEDS A RAISE! ?

With this particular Tom Thumb I have never encountered a grumpy person,, they are all very nice from the late shift throughout the day.. The store is always clean especially the bathrooms..

They have updated their new machines and so my American Express would cancel out after a dollar and the rewards card didn't work at all and I had to estimate how much the gas was then go back inside and get a refund for the difference pretty inconvenient convenience store
