The younger tall guy and young lady were helpful. However, they couldn’t help me. A plumbing store, you’d think that they had most stuff needed for quick home repair - nope.

If you’re like many of us and live in older double wide houses with the old grey polybutylene plumbing, they sell nothing to fix a leak - unless you want to re-pipe your entire house.

The only place locally that has anything for that type of issue is Rick’s- and they aren’t open on Saturday.

Still a decent place to go for stuff - just not if you have a situation like mine -

I came in early right after the doors opened. The gentleman with the short flat top haircut and glasses was at the counter. I walked up to the service desk to locate my plumbing parts. As I approached he threw up his arms and said, "what? " I told him," I can see you're upset I'll go somewhere else." He said, " good. "
That'll be my last time there. I do not recommend this place.

My husband and I went to this store 20 minutes before closing on February 4. One of the workers greeted us with a smile and helped us with what we needed. When we went to pay all I had on me was a 20 dollar bill. They had already counted out their cash drawers for the day and acted like changing a 20 dollar bill was an impossible task. The assistant manager acted like we were bothering him and was very unprofessional. I understand wanting to get out of work on time, but they shouldn't be counting their cash drawers out until after they close so they can make change properly without acting like a jerk.

This is the first place we go for plumbing needs and we find the staff to be very helpful, courteous and to have gone above and beyond in taking care of us and their prices are competitive, and some things are priceless, like good advice. We are also glad to know they’ve implemented safe COVID practices and are enforcing what they’ve put into place. Before you go anywhere else for a part, try here.

We had a water leak on a hose bib and my husband bought a few replacement parts. They didnt fit and i had to return them. They told me i could not get a refund because the pieces on the receipt didnt match the items i brought in even though they still had the samons sticker on them. I argued saying that the sales man must have keyed in the product code wrong. I was told they dont make mistakes and they still refused to refund the money. I had to send in my husband and they gave him a refund no questions asked.

Gave a call to get a price check on an item the guy i spoke with said he didnt know how much it was ,that they had serveral different ones. I asked him if he knew what price it started at he just said no i wouldnt know. I know that store is not huge i dont know why he wouldnt check for me. I cant walk well so i always call places to get price checks and most other places have been helpful, but not Samons.
