Huge storm last night blew the neighbor’s tree onto the roof of my house. Called PNM about potential electrical hazard and told that I was “low priority” I have now been waiting almost 16 hours and no one has come to look at it. Called 4 times and given various excuses and told PNM prioritizes outages. I guess safety and property are not. If I could I would give a 0 to this company. It doesn’t help that PNM has a monopoly in the metro.

I'm not sure which area they came from, but I usually deal with PNM on Silver. I was reading my scriptures this morning and my lights went out. I called the emergency number to see if there was an outage. There was not one in my area. They further instructed me to turn off my breakers wait 30 seconds and then turn them back on. This also did not work. I returned the call the nice gentleman over the phone told me to go look outside at the meter and it was totally blank on the screen, so they sent me out a very nice gentleman named Manual. They said it would take at least 3 hours before coming out, Manual was at my doorstep within 30 minutes. I had not even left to run my errands yet. Manual helped the situation, His professionalism and training got everything turned on before I even got back from just going down the street. Manual is very friendly very lively, big smile. He shows His kindness and professionalism without even knowing it, It comes quite natural for him. he has a personality that people are just automatically drawn to. I felt I've known him all my life. Amazing employee you have their PNM. Thank you! He then let me know on my camera, that lights were on lol.

PNM Resources Inc. has demonstrated an absolutely unacceptable level of customer service that borders on harassment. One afternoon, I experienced a terrifyingly aggressive encounter with a representative who approached my home with an intimidating and militant demeanor. Rather than professionally handling a billing matter, the employee essentially threatened to disconnect my power, banging on my door with an approach reminiscent of law enforcement.

When I requested a moment to make a payment, the representative was inflexible and demanding, insisting on immediate resolution with an alarming sense of urgency. The hostile interaction left me feeling deeply uncomfortable and frightened, transforming what should have been a simple billing transaction into a traumatic experience. After quickly paying the bill in full, the representative abruptly left, highlighting a disturbing pattern of customer interaction that seems systemic within the company.

Based on numerous similar reviews, this appears to be a recurring issue of unprofessional and aggressive collection practices that create an environment of fear and intimidation for customers simply trying to manage their utilities.

Unfortunately we hit live electrical trenching even though we called 811 twice ahead of time. We had Gutierrez which I’m sorry for not getting his first name and Michael who arrived within 30 minutes. These are two of the baddest dudes I’ve met when it comes to Pnm because it wasn’t the usual experience. They had the power up and running within two hours. I can’t say enough about these two gentleman for the service they provided. PNM is lucky to have them.

THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN AND THEY DON'T HAVE TO BECAUSE THEY ARE ALLOWED A MONOPOLY...I UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE AS FAR AS USE OF PIWER LINES AND SUCH BUT SINCE THEY ARE THEY SHOULD BE UNDER EXTREME OBLIGATIONS TO CARE FOR THOSE THAT THEY LEAVE WITHOUT POWER ALL DAY BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO WORK IN THE COLD. FLORIDA HAD POWER LINES BEING REPAIRED BEFORE THE WEATHER PASSED....BUT IF THEY CANNOT RESTORE POWER RIGHT AWAY THEY NEED TO BE OUT IN THE COMMUNITIES WITHOUT POWER MAKING SURE THEY HAVE FOOD AND WATER AND ARE NOT SICK AND SUFFERING!!!

I love that PNM can’t access my meter but mostly because they don’t come out. How do I know? I’m a stay at home. I also love how they send me tips to save money on the overpriced energy that include me basically not living in my home. Don’t open curtains, don’t turn on lights during the day while curtains are closed, don’t cool or do laundry until night time.

PNM is the perfect example of corporate greed in America. And because they monopolize the electric power of Albuquerque, we have no other choice but to use this horrible company full of heartless, incompetent fools. We should be able to use the sun for electricity for free and not have to use their electricity or their expensive and unaffordable solar products. Electricity, heating, and cooling should all be readily available to all people, a necessity of life and not controlled by corporate greed.

I am a low income person, who's is
being very Unsatisfied with customer service. The first customer service person told me there was no mistake in my bill. I called back and spoke to a second customer service person who found the error of $500. Unfortunately PNM will not refund my money and is leaving me without money for food and bills. They will give me a credit but. I need my money back now.This is a huge multi billion dollar corporation. They can afford to help me out but refuse to.
