We can't say enough good things about ECC! Cary is a true expert who provides the best, most thoughtful solutions – not just the same old thing everyone else offers. It's a huge plus that they service older equipment installed by others; you just don't find that kind of service often. ECC has been our go-to for years, from multiple repairs on our old battery backup to the installation of two fantastic new grid-tied systems, and they're even upgrading our original system as we speak. Our solar production has been amazing, even better than they predicted!

My first experience with ECC Solar was some15 years ago when they installed one panel on our small cabin. It was such a positive experience I relied on them for the installation of the system for our new casita some ten years later. They kept tabs on the performance of this system and suggested replacement batteries which enhanced its performance and assured that we are completely off the grid. The ECC Solar team was very response regarding the failure of my electric generator. They were able to get out and make the repairs very quickly and showed up to do the work when they said they would. They were also very good at following up with information regarding what was done and to let me know that the generating system was tested and up and running on automatic. I cannot say enough positive things about this company and their service and responsiveness. They are courteous, professional, friendly, prompt and willing to go the extra mile to help and problem solve. They always seem to be there to help when needed. They never fail to come when promised and they leave their worksite cleaner than when they found it. They not only did a lovely installation which has worked exactly as promised but they also disconnected and reconnected my panels and my service when my roof had to be replaced after severe hail damage. I would recommend them highly with no reservation. It is quite a special company that operates with such integrity.

Due to working at home, I needed to upgrade the capacity of my current offgrid solar system. Ben from ECC reviewed my current setup and based on my needs offered me three alternative upgrade options. ECC Solar does great customer service. All the workers there are helpful and friendly. They are welcome to any questions you may have at anytime and respond diligently to any calls you make to them. They frequently would update me on my services and installation with PNM. Great products, great service, great workers!
