Last year I had Dixie re-plumb, re-wire, and install new hvac on my home. The total was in the 10’s of thousands. Th electric and the hvac guys did a pretty good job. But the experience I’ve had with the plumbing has been very bad.
1st -The install looks really bad, it looks like if there was a corner to cut it was cut
2nd - After smelling gas from my newly installed heater a few months after install I contacted them and made an appointment. They canceled my appointment due to a “emergency in the area”. Then after rescheduling a couple times I had to pay a $150 service fee to have them come back and check on the work they did. The guy came out didn’t even open the heater and said it was fine.
3rd - I still smelled the gas afterwards so I had Spire come out check. The tech quickly found a leak.

I thought it would be easier having one company handle all the utilities at my property even though it was a bit more expensive, but it seems I just made a costly mistake.

Zack was amazing! He identified the problem with our plumbing quickly and fixed it in an appropriate amount of time. This company exceeded my expectations by taking care of our issue fast and walking us through all the details of what was about to happen. They were also reasonably priced! We have already recommended them to family since they have a wide service area!

Josh & Company was very helpful and insightful on my issue I was having at hand I had a clog from an old drain and they were able to replace it. Check to ensure the new drain was operating correctly. The gentleman did such a great job they even upsold me on some additional services that I was not planning on getting completed at this time but they sold Me with a much needed update! I would highly recommend Dixie as your one stop shop for complete home care service! Again the 2 gentlemen were awesome I truly believe they deserve a raise!

Trey and Nick arrived at my house on time. They were courteous and got straight to work. They repaired my garage door in a very timely manner. They were very thorough and did a super job. I was very pleased with their work.

Call Dixie and it's done! The fellas at Dixie are way way ahead of the competition, they are very friendly,very professional and experts at what they do,and Dixie dang near does it all! I tell all my friends and family,if you need anything done ya gotta call Dixie,hands down the best in the state probably in the nation. I just don't see how they can be topped in any department.

I wanted to give Dixie 5 stars and I would have but the price was SO high! First, the scheduler was very nice but had no access to pricing. Once the technician arrived he was courteous, clean cut, and very respectful. I needed 5 wall switches swapped out to smart switches. I already purchased the switches. The pricing is $99 per switch. He anticipated that it would take him less than one hour. This is outrageous. I told him that I couldn’t pay that much. Unfortunately I will be unable to use Dixie due to the outrageous pricing. I’m disappointed because I really liked the technician.

CJ was very thorough and helpful. Gave me good advice on a couple of things and was able to give me some ballpark quotes for my planning. He'll definitely be back for some installs and additional follow up.
