Rosalia is rude and unhelpful. The arrogance of the people working for us, the tax payer, is unbelievable. The worst customer service imaginable! These people should be ashamed of the the way they treat customers. If you are beyond empathy and humanity, please quit your public service job.

Gas Company personal are rude and assuming. If you miss a payment, they assume it is intentional and treat you accordingly. Too bad it's a monopoly and we have NO other options. Avoid speaking to Rosalia. Very rude and arrogently assumes you are just a deadbeat so does not give assistance or benefit of the doubt. Just assumes.

Getting service was very simple. Next day connection was timely, Ramon was friendly and personable and you could tell he enjoyed his job. Happy workers says a lot about a company. Thank you for being prompt, friendly and communicative. It was worth the connection fee to make sure my in-laws would be warm and safe from gas leaks.

This company takes peoples money to get their gas turned back on, and only give them 1 shot to meet the tech but don’t even give a courtesy call to meet them. Now I have to wait till tomorrow to get the heat turned on while it’s 29 degrees outside. This company is a joke and I hope that a new gas company comes in and puts this company outta business for good!
And not to mention that if you try to call to talk to LITERALLY ANYONE, you’ll be on hold for more the. 30 minutes just for them to tell you oh we took your money but your still going to freeze.

They turned off my gas even while I was paying them for the month and then tried to claim I never paid them months after closing my account and moving out of my address at the time. When I did call, they were never available to talk and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the line. When they were available, the customer service was always below par. Absolutely terrible company. Never once had a decent experience with them and I hope I can leave this area ASAP just so I never have to deal with them again. I would rate 0/5 stars if I could. That’s the only decent thing you’ll ever get out of me

They like to take people's meters, claim they never messed with them, then charge them a arm and leg to turn it back on. I'd like to see a new company come in and take over this place. Worst liars, worst costumer service, should be sued and put out of business for bad business practices, theft, oh the list can go on and on. Stop pulling people's Meters during the winter and then lying about it oh and they never give notice... fkers

Payed my bill. A week or two later they come to shut off my gas. No call or anything saying payment was not received. The system never updated or took payment from my bank account. Called them and they gave me some BS excuse of say my bank account being closed. Yeah I use my bank account everyday. Normally, If they would have just reconnected me I would not have had an issue and would have worked with them to find out what happened. Shady business. If you have the option to go electric, do so. They are so much easier to deal with. Payed $70 to have it reconnected. If i can find an alternative I will.

the only easy process w/ them was setting up my account. Getting the gas turned on was a nightmare. I work for dispatching and their dispatchers and dispatching guidelines are ridiculous and are not "customer service" friendly. The fact that they use the excuse that there may be a gas leak or fire caused by gas is concerning. Then trying to pay my bill online. Their website doesn't even recognize my account #, so I am forced to call in, bc auto draft doesn't kick in right away. Then the option to pay your bill by phone goes to a busy tone and hangs up on you so you have to chose a whole other option that has nothing to do with paying your bill and they act like they're forced to help you.

Go up
