I had New Mexico solar install solar panels on my house and I had gotten a price before I met Michelle and it was significantly higher. When I met Michelle she assured me she could do better but I was doubtful but she actually made it very affordable for me. After my panels were installed I had several issues with my system and I felt like I was getting the run around but when I talked to her she assured me that my issues would be resolved. She definitely delivered. She is the meaning of Customer service and because of her I would definitely recommend New Mexico solar. Thank you Michelle for all you have done and thank you for making the difference!!

NM solar group was great at the beginning. They installed my solar panels and did a great job. However they promote all the tax credits that the federal government and State of New Mexico offer , but when the time comes they do not give you the certificate required by the state to take advantage of the incentives!! I have been waiting for over 7 months and I still have not been given an answer or spoken to someone who can help me. For any one thinking about using this company make sure you do your research!! They are a very disorganized company in my opinion

I initially had a bad review posted but a year later Nick reached out to me and was not trying to make excuses but explained the reasoning behind the issues I had with them. He made things right with me by sending me an Amazon gift card and said if I ever move back to NM and wanted Solar Panels that I would have the kind of great experience that they strive for. I love a company that has good customer service. I hope I never have to move back to NM but if I did, I would give them another shot.

My parents needed to replace an inverter under under warranty and I, their son, acted on their behalf to get us fixed. After a bit of looking I decided to go with NMSG. They were simply amazing. Very respectful staff. I had the pleasure of speaking with Chris from the ABQ office and Russell from the Alamogordo office if I remember right. From start to finish they explained everything in detail to help me understand and explain it to my parents the homeowners. No hidden pricing or fees. Everything was out in the open. I plan on buying a house in the area and will definitely use NMSG for my solar installation. Thanks again!!

I spent over 20k 5 years ago with this company, installing panels and a back up battery system. Although the panels generate power the 6k battery back up fails anytime the power goes out and numerous attempts over the last 3 years have resulted in no help from NM Solar warranting this issue.

I am so very happy with all of the assistance that I got from Trey to get this project started and Jasmine and Jessica are wonderful too. There were a few problems during construction but all were handled by the technicians as expeditiously as possible. The panels look fabulous! Can't wait to see how well they work! AAA+!

NMSG is excellent and I am happy that I selected them for my home solar project. After talking with Ryan and getting an estimate, I calculated that solar would pay for itself in 4 years time (your results might be different). Be advised that the State and PNM will be obnoxious and slow to finalize the project, but NM Solar Group handles all of this process and keeps you well posted on updates (they even handle the financing efforts if you chose to go that route). Overall, the entire process was a breeze and they treated me like I was their only customer. If you are tried of high energy bills, this is the place to call.
