Positive Energy Solar staff are knowledgeable, attentive to customer's needs, efficient, organized, and friendly; Their subcontractors (Miguel's Electrical Services and Ray Garcia, MTA General Contractor for driveway work) are excellent and very considerate . Our neighbor praised Positive Energy Solar's work and said they honored the warranty when problems occurred. For such a complicated project (including PNM and city's approval, organizing subcontractors) and safety issues, it is worth the expense. We feel lucky to have such an excellent company in our area.

Positive Energy Solar is a very professional company that went out their way to explain each step of the installation process and even move us up in their schedule. After inspections by City of Santa Fe and PNM our system is up, running and working flawlessly. They provide ongoing support. Of the companies we considered Positive Energy Solar had the best warranty and recommendations from our neighbors using their solar system.

Positive Energy Solar was a joy to work with. Fiona Wong was an exceptional. She made sure all our concerns were answered. She also follow-up even way after the panels were installed, such a professional yet so warm and friendly. The technicians were pretty fast as well - took them only a few days to install.

I would like to mention too that Positive Energy Solar’s pricing was competitive. We had gotten a few quotes from other companies, but theirs was the most reasonable one. Now a couple of years after the installation, we are still very much happy with our decision to get our solar installed with them.

Positive Energy (PE) is the best solar installer in Santa Fe. Although they didn’t know it at the time, I shared their proposal and one other with a friend enrolled in the Sustainable Technologies program at Santa Fe Community College (SFCC). Both proposals were thoroughly evaluated by students in his class, and Positive Energy's stood out as the most comprehensive, accurate, and detailed, with the highest quality components. On that basis, I hired PE and I'm happy to report they did outstanding work from start to finish.

Over many weeks, Genevieve Clayton patiently explained all of the steps of the process and my options. Once the permits and approvals were obtained, the PE team installed the panels on my second story roof in two days. All of the PE staff were willing to share their knowledge and expertise and patiently fielded my many questions.

What I learned from this experience is that when choosing a solar installer, it is important to use a local, well-staffed company with years of solar installation experience. There are many decisions to make and it pays to use a company with the professional knowledge and expertise to help explain all of the options. Positive Energy is that company.
